Deep Clean Add-on
Basic Cleaning- Standard for a room
- Dusting of fan/ceiling/ lights
- Dusting of pictures/posters/hanging wall decorations, shelves, and appliances
- Sanitizing wipe down of most visible surfaces including tables, counters, and furniture spending no more than 10 seconds wiping/scrubbing a dirty spot (doesn’t include electronic computers or TV’s!)
- Light dusting of knickknacks/collectable
- General wipe down of all mirrors/glass doors
- Vacuuming floors (carpet and non carpet) bedroom closets including in vacuuming
- Mopping floors (non carpet only)
Deep Clean Add-on
- Dusting of fan/ceiling/ lights plus a sanitized wet wipe with a microfiber cloth and sanitizing solution.
- Dusting of pictures/posters/hanging wall decorations with a few more minutes dedicated to detailing corners of pictures and wiping walls in-between pictures. or pulling pictures temporarily down to wipe walls behind pictures. (customer preference) also includes a wipe down of shelves and appliances.
- Sanitizing wipe down of all visible surfaces including tables, counters, and furniture spending no less than a few minutes wiping/scrubbing a dirty spot (doesn’t include electronic computers or TV’s!) (if spot doesn’t come up within a few minutes of scrubbing best solution is to spray/soak and wipe again, failure to remove spot on our behalf will result in a maximum 10% refund back as 1% of the cleaning doesn’t deserve a 100% refund Karen.)
- Light dusting and wipe down of knickknacks/collectables
- General wipe down of all mirrors/glass doors
- Vacuuming floors (carpet and non carpet) Carpet flooring gets a scented powder option that is vacuumed up after about 10 minutes of soaking. bedroom closets included in vacuuming
- Mopping floors (non carpet only)
- Make beds if fresh sheets provided
